Dr. Baby P. Panayamkottu is a self-employed practicing Counselling Psychologist for several years with a successful track record of helping special needs clients in a wide range of mental health settings. He has done BA Psychology from Mewar University, PG Diploma in Psychology and Counselling from Govt. of Kerala (CCEK), Certification in “Career and Education Counsellor” from Govt. of India (NSDC), and also an affiliate member of CSER, TVM. In addition to his primary certifications, he holds many other certifications related to Counselling Psychology.
Further, Supporting the HR department with their core functions: Recruiting talent, managing payroll/benefits, fostering employee development (training, career growth), ensuring legal compliance, handling employee relations (conflict, wellness), maintaining culture, and managing performance, essentially by providing tools, feedback, and efficient processes to streamlining people-centric operations.
He has more than 25 years of previous work experience in various industries in the Middle East in various capacities (i.e. HR Administration Manager, Operations & Administration Manager, Administrative Officer, and Executive Assistant). While working in Middle East, He has done PhD degree in HR Management from Ballsbridge University (Apostille attested), USA PhD equivalency degree in HR Management from California University FCE, USA (Legalized), DICP (Doctorate of Institute of Chartered Professionals with commendation on HR Management) from Institute of Chartered Professionals, MBA in HR Management from Assam down town University, BBA (Baccalaureate in Business Administration) from Cambridge International College UK, Pearson EDI, UK Endorsed Qualification in BA (Business Administration).
He did his Th.D (Doctor of Theology) from University of Jerusalem Chennai, MTh (Master of Theology) from International Institute of Church Management Inc., Florida, USA. He has more than 15 years of Pastoral Minister and Counselling experience and left as an Ordained Minister from the Church of God (World Missions) in Middle East, HQ. Cleveland, USA. He is now a licensed Pastoral Minister and Counselling at Worldwide Missionary Movement (WMM) in India.
